Elegant Productions seeks to offer its clients the most professional, competitive and exclusive event services for all their Corporate, Social and special event needs. Our goal is to insure that each event is a reflection of impeccable taste, excellent value and lasting impact. It is our desire to respect your time and resources and to build value into every interaction we have with you. Due to the highly personalized nature of events, pricing may vary based on the level of involvement required and the needs and desires of each client. During your initial consultation with Elegant Productions, you will receive a complete price list of all our services for your reference. The following are some standard pricing guide lines used by Elegant Productions to insure you receive the most beneficial service possible. "Unique. Memorable. Affordable" Free Service Quote : You may contact Elegant Productions initially just to get a since of what your event will cost and what the cost will be to have it planned and managed in a professional way. When this occurs, Elegant Productions will inquire about the desired details of your event, and the type of service you are interested in. We will then send you a free quote of what those services would cost based on our professional estimate of the budget needed for your event. This quote is complementary and at no obligation to you. Initial Client Consultation : Upon receiving your free quote for Elegant Production's Services - you may decide to move forward with the planning process by meeting with Celina Brandt for an Initial Client Consultation. Other event companies may advertise a "free" consultation -but buyer beware... Remember, you get what you pay for. Generally, these are with less experienced event planners who are trying to get business, and unfortunately for you as a client - are learning on the job. At Elegant Productions, we use this initial consultation not just to guess what you may or may not need, but to build a firm foundation for your event. This meeting generally lasts about 2 hours, and I come prepared with recommendations to fit your budget. I will also 'dream-weave" your ideas, desires and vision for the event to further craft the specific strategy needed to achieve these goals. Following this consultation, each client receives a formal proposal of services, and a recommended vendor list for their use, regardless of their decision to hire Elegant Productions. The fee for this consultation is $150.00 and is applied to a client's balance if the choose to proceed with one or more of Elegant Productions' services. Event Management Services Elegant Productions offers a range of Event Management Services for clients who have done most of the organization for their event and elected to have a professional manage the details and logistics in the days or weeks before the event as well as the day of event execution. These services generally start at $500.00 and can range to 5% of the total event budget, based on the level of involvement required. Event Production Services Event design and production is a very unique and customized process. Every event, like every client has special needs and preferences. To accommodate the exclusive and intricate nature of this type of event, the fees for these services range between 10-15% of the total event budget. While this service is more involved and subsequently, higher in price, it is also highest in value. Consulting Services: Elegant Productions offers customized consulting for fundraising and event marketing - as well as general event consulting and referrals. Generally these services are for a specific event or a specific element of an event and can be done in person, over the phone or on site- meaning at various locations where we come to the client's home, office or prospective event site(s).
