Standard Event Production Service:
If you are known to be a “ do-it-your-self” person, this is the best service for you. In the busy world of today,
even the most independent clients do not have the time to do all the research for their event, and work a 40hour
week. This service allows you to enjoy all the benefits of having your event serviced in a professional manner,
but still manage all the critical details.
These services include:
- Assists organization in designing comprehensive campaign to promote awareness and gain necessary
support. - Recommendation of vendor and/or event and reception locations to work with in budget
- Researching best locations/venues/vendors for your event and budget.
- Three event-planning sessions with Event Manager.
- The accompanying of scheduled appointments ~(on up to three different dates).
- Reviewing vendor/venue contracts (up to three contracts).
- Assures event site is set up correctly, and all aspects of event are in place, i.e. guest placement cards,
favors, gifts. - RSVP tracking.
- Assists in designing a theme, and décor for the event.
- Rehearsal dinner and event set up supervision/day of event (on-site) supervision.
- Full supervision of time line of event such as meals, activities, cake cutting, etc. (Up to 8 hours)
