Due to the highly personalized nature of events, pricing may vary based on the level of involvement required and the needs and desires of each client. With most of our services, we build our fee into your existing budget, rather than add to it. Not because it's standard operating practice in our industry (it's not), but because we believe it is the right thing to do.

During your initial consultation with Elegant Productions, you will receive a complete price list of all our services for your reference. The following are some standard pricing guide lines used by Elegant Productions to insure you receive the most beneficial service possible.

Also on this page you will find online payment options. These are only for  clients who are presently contracted with Elegant Productions, with a valid invoice.  Please note, a small processing fee is applied for all on line transactions. Processing fees are listed as "shipping" at check out.

Free Services Quote

You may contact Elegant Productions initially just to get a since of what your event will cost and what the cost will be to have it planned and managed in a professional way. When this occurs, Elegant Productions will inquire about the desired details of your event, and the type of service you are interested in. We will then send you a free quote of what those services would cost based on our professional estimate of the budget needed for your event. This quote is complementary and at no obligation to you.

Initial Consultation (New!)

This is a basic 1 hour consultation to ask your pertinent event related questions and get a better feel for the event services Elegant Productions offers. This consultation is offered at a rate of $75.00 and half the fee (50%) is applied to a clients balance if they choose to proceed with one or more of our services.

Planning Consultation (New!)

Not sure if your ready to hire a professional event producer? Do you want to have years of industry experience and advice as a tool to steer your event in the right direction? This new service is for you! Get your questions answered by a professional and save yourself time and money in this "mini" planning service!

This meeting generally lasts about 2 hours, and we come prepared with recommendations to fit your budget. Elegant Productions will also 'dream-weave your ideas, desires and vision for the event to further craft the specific strategy needed to achieve these goals. Following this consultation, each client receives a formal proposal of services, and a recommended vendor list for their use, regardless of their decision to hire Elegant Productions.

The fee for this consultation is $150.00 and is applied to a client's balance if they choose to proceed with one or more of Elegant Productions' services.

Event Management Services

Elegant Productions offers a range of Event Management Services for clients who have done most of the organization for their event and elected to have a professional manage the details and logistics in the days or weeks before the event as well as the day of event execution.These services generally start at $500.00 and can range to 10% of the total event budget, based on the level of involvement required.

Event Production Services

Event design and production is a very unique and customized process. Every event, like every client has special needs and preferences. To accommodate the exclusive and intricate nature of this type of event, the fees for these services range between 5-15% of the total event budget. While this service is more involved, it is also highest in value.

Consulting Services

Elegant Productions offers customized consulting for fundraising and event marketing - as well as general event consulting and referrals. Generally these services are for a specific event or a specific element of an event and can be done in person, over the phone or on site- meaning at various locations where we come to the client's home, office or prospective event site(s).

In Office consulting begins at $65 an hour

On site consulting begins at $85 an hour
