This meeting generally lasts about 2 hours, and we come prepared with recommendations to fit your budget. Elegant Productions will also 'dream-weave your ideas, desires and vision for the event to further craft the specific strategy needed to achieve these goals. Following this consultation, each client receives a formal proposal of services, and a recommended vendor list for their use, regardless of their decision to hire Elegant Productions. The fee for this consultation is applied to a client's balance if they choose to proceed with one or more of Elegant Productions' services.

This is a service for the ultimate self-planner. If you have handled all the major details and planning up to the very last moment, but you want to be free to actually enjoy the fruits of your labor, then this service will fit you best.

These services include:

• Pre-Event Planning Session to cover all pertinent information (6-8 weeks prior to event date).
  
• Unlimited email and phone contact with Event Manager during contracted period.
• Supervision of Rehearsal/ pre-event set up, Rehearsal DinnerDay-of Event Supervision, manages the full time line of the event including; ceremony, and reception.

If you are known to be a "do-it-your-self" person, this is the best service for you. In the busy world of today, even the most independent clients do not have the time to do all the research for their event, and work a 40hour week.

This service allows you to enjoy all the benefits of having your event serviced in a professional manner, but still manage all the critical details.

These services include:

• Recommendation of vendor and/or event and reception locations to work with in budget
• Researching best locations/venues/vendors for your event and budget.
• Three event-planning sessions with Event Manager. The accompanying of scheduled appointments ~(on up to three different dates).
• Reviewing vendor/venue contracts (up to three contracts). Assures event site is set up correctly, and all aspects of event are in place, i.e. guest placement cards, favors, gifts.
• RSVP tracking.Assists in designing a theme, and decor for the event.
• Rehearsal dinner and event set up supervision/day of event (on-site) supervision. Full supervision of time line of event such as meals, activities, cake cutting, etc. (Up to 8 hours)
• Works directly with vendors or staff personnel.

This is the ultimate, comprehensive event planning service. Your Event Producer works from the conceptual stages of the event (a minimum of 10-12 months prior to event date) all the way through the final day of execution and supervision of the event.

Elegant Productions offers customized consulting for targeted events as well as general event consulting and referrals. Generally these services are for a specific event or a specific element of an event and can be done in person, over the phone or on site- meaning at various locations where we come to the client's home, office or prospective event site(s).
